All of our group packages come with a free gym membership. So you can take everything you learn in the sessions, along with the confidence and motivation you gain, to get some extra work in alone!

Our group sessions offer a safe, yet challenging environment for you to improve your strength, endurance and overall physical and mental wellbeing. With experienced instructors guiding every workout, you'll get the most out of each session whilst enjoying the support of likeminded peers.
