Hi, I'm Greg, a newly qualified personal trainer with a long background as a Michelin-trained chef. I've always been drawn to the mix of fitness, sport, food and nutrition. The discipline and habits I learned in kitchens have shaped how I approach training, but I keep things friendly, supportive and realistic.
I enjoy working one-to-one, helping people build strength and confidence while also offering practical nutrition support and simple cooking ideas that make healthy eating easier. My aim is to help people make steady progress in a way that feels manageable, not overwhelming.
